OTEAC provide a range of optional services structured to meet client needs.
Integrated Services - We provide a range of asset management options for our customers, bringing these together with a unique combination of:
- asset management techniques - hosted on contemporary software
- mobile or onshore work support
- multi-skilled engineers and Service Centre Back-up
Asset Management Systems - our asset management systems have been developed and refined to meet the specific needs for management of our customer's fire, safety lifesaving, lifting and pressure equipment and engineered systems.
We have used our extensive specialist knowledge to ensure alignment with current legislation whilst maintaining a focus on providing real savings in terms of 'through life costing', minimised servicing time and improved equipment availability.
Long Term Contract - asset management is suited to a long term rolling/renewable contract where we can give the customer best reliability and collective savings through:
- optimisation of planning over the total range of locations (e.g. multi site/offshore platforms)
- standardisation of items and simplification of spares - leading to easier and better control
- introduction of longer service intervals without sacrificing quality standards
We are pleased to undertake a site survey and build an economic cost/benefit model as a basis of contract.
