OTEAC provide a complete managed service for the inspection and maintenance of dry riser systems in high rise buildings.

This bespoke service includes inspection and pressure testing of all pipe work, valves and inlet boxes for functional integrity and water flow.

Remedial work, including any civil works, can be undertaken on site to ensure the systems remain fully operational.

Our mobile workshops enable us to undertake this service efficiently and with minimal disruption.
