Fire Risk Assessment

There is a mandatory requirement for most businesses onshore to undertake a fire risk assessment and have this document readily available for staff review and inspection. It should also be regularly updated any time there is significant change to any building layout or change of use.

Our assessors can undertake Fire Risk Assessment on behalf of our customers and provide a report for review. Our report is based on an approved template in line with fire safety legislation and regulatory requirements.

Fire Training

HSE guidance recommends that fire training is undertaken at regular intervals and we can provide either standard or customised fire training courses to meet this requirement. These can generally be undertaken on client premises (subject to identification of a suitable safe location). Where this is not practical, Oteac has a dedicated training room and facilities.

Whilst OTEAC provide all practical and theoretical materials it is recommended that the customer utilises their own equipment from site which can be promptly refilled on conclusion of the course. This way equipment due test by discharge can be put to productive use and customers are provided with practical training using the equipment actually on site.
