OTEAC provide a comprehensive service covering the supply, engineering design, installation and commissioning of residential sprinklers

This equipment, utilised in North America for many years, is one of the most cost effective ways of providing fire protection for your home.

As members of the Loss Prevention Council (LPC) all work is undertaken to industry standard and will often qualify for an insurance premium reduction.

OTEAC are an approved contractor for Scottish Heritage to supply & install fire, suppression and sprinkler systems.

Our systems are fully backed by an annual maintenance contract to provide assurance that they remain fully functional in the event of a fire being detected, thus protecting both lives and property.

Asset Management

Oteac provides a range of maintenance services ranging from ad hoc provision through to fully integrated ‘asset management’.
